Luke Price

Growing up in a town where music was a large influence rubbed off on Luke. He's been playing a guitar since he was able to hold it. He's always had a hard time expressing himself, but found a way to do it through music. His parents let him play his music when he was younger, thinking he would grow out of this "phase" and get an "actual career". His parents didn't approve of his musical career and he always felt alone growing up because of this. He moved out of his house at fifteen to live with a friend after a particularly bad fight with his parents. The two of them created a band together, where they would go to any show that they could book.

Things didn't always go so smoothly. Luke found himself in some questionable situations where he feared for his own safety and those around him, but he was a desperate teen that just wanted to be heard. Sometimes they could go months at a time between shows, until things picked up when he was seventeen. He met a man with a lot of connections, and people who needed private bands to play for them.

Luke made a little name for himself by playing in garages or in bars, and got signed a label. He spent his later teens and early twenties in the touring life, and after a while realized that kind of life wasn't really for him. He'd been crushed for some time with this revelation of himself. While he truly enjoyed writing music, singing, and expressing himself... he hated to be in the spotlight. He spiraled a little into a deep depression that had him drinking more than was probably healthy. It took him some time to break this habit, and he realized that he couldn't continue this way. They disbanded, and Luke now finds himself working a little record shop, still playing his guitar if he's not rearranging or stocking the records.
